LaunchTower ("we," "our," or "us") operates the LaunchTower platform, accessible at app.launchtower-usa.com and related domains. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

By accessing or using LaunchTower, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

01 Information We Collect

Account & Contact Information

  • Identity data: Your name, email address, company name, and job title provided during registration.
  • Authentication data: Login credentials (stored in hashed form), session tokens, and access logs.
  • Communications: Messages you send via contact forms, email, or support channels.

Advertising Account Data (via API Integration)

  • Meta Ads: Campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, reach, ad set budgets, delivery status — via Meta Marketing API using OAuth tokens you authorize.
  • TikTok Ads: Equivalent campaign performance metrics via TikTok for Business API.
  • LinkedIn Ads: Campaign analytics and performance data via LinkedIn Marketing API.
Important: LaunchTower reads advertising data in a read-only capacity. We do not create, modify, pause, or delete campaigns on connected platforms.

02 How We Use Your Data

  • Service delivery: Authenticating accounts, displaying aggregated campaign data, and powering dashboard features.
  • Performance monitoring: Generating trend baselines, budget pacing indicators, and delivery alerts.
  • Product improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to identify bugs and prioritize features.
  • Communications: Sending transactional emails, product updates, and (with consent) marketing communications.
  • Legal compliance: Meeting obligations under applicable law and responding to lawful requests.

We do not use your advertising account data to train AI models, sell insights to third parties, or build advertising profiles.

03 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help operate the platform, under data processing agreements; with workspace administrators within your organization; and when required by law.

04 Third-Party Integrations

  • You authorize LaunchTower to access specific data scopes as described during each platform's OAuth flow.
  • You may revoke access at any time through the respective platform's app permissions settings.
  • Revoking access stops further data retrieval but does not delete previously retrieved data unless you request it.

05 Data Retention

Personal account data is retained while your account is active. Upon closure, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days. Advertising performance data is retained up to 24 months to support trend analysis. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

06 Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

07 Security

  • Encryption in transit: All data is encrypted via TLS 1.2+.
  • Encryption at rest: Sensitive database content is encrypted at rest.
  • Token security: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in client-side code.
  • Access controls: Role-based permissions limit data access by team role.

08 Cookies & Tracking

  • Essential cookies: Required for authentication and session management.
  • Analytics cookies: Privacy-respecting usage analytics, not shared with ad networks.
  • Preference cookies: Store your display settings and theme preferences.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaunchTower ("we," "our," or "us"), including the platform accessible at app.launchtower-usa.com and related domains (collectively, the "Service"). LaunchTower is operated by LaunchTower LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaunchTower, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 Description of Service

LaunchTower is a SaaS advertising intelligence platform that aggregates and visualizes campaign performance data from connected advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Read-only access: LaunchTower retrieves advertising data in a read-only capacity. We do not create, modify, pause, or delete campaigns on any connected platform.
  • Data aggregation: We display your advertising metrics in a unified dashboard for monitoring, trend analysis, and budget pacing.
  • Alerts & reporting: We provide configurable alerts and exportable performance summaries based on your connected account data.

The Service is currently in private beta. Features, functionality, and availability may change at any time.

03 Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us at info@launchtower-usa.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

04 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Service without prior written consent.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

05 Third-Party Integrations

LaunchTower connects to third-party advertising platforms via OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize LaunchTower to access the specific data scopes disclosed during the OAuth flow.

  • You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to authorize this access.
  • You may revoke access at any time through the respective platform's app permissions settings.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party platforms.
  • Your use of connected platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

06 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and logos — are owned by LaunchTower LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
  • You retain ownership of your advertising data. By connecting your accounts, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

07 Payment & Billing

During the private beta period, the Service may be provided at no charge. Subscription pricing will be communicated prior to any billing period beginning.

  • Paid plans, if applicable, are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

08 Termination

Either party may terminate your access to the Service at any time.

  • By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@launchtower-usa.com.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

09 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchTower LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
